Who we are

Mission
We are committed to producing the highest quality products and thoughtfully designed guest interactions.
Vision
We believe in creating and sharing the beauty in simplicity. We are constantly working to produce the best products to share with our customers and making it easy for them to enjoy. We avoid chasing fads to maintain our focus and commitment to quality.
About
Abnormal Beer Co. started in 2015 in Rancho Bernardo. Spun out from a winery and restaurant, beer production began slowly, only employing a single brewer at the time. We took things slow, producing a wide range of one off beers for well over a year before committing to the first selection of our year round brews. Our team and facility has grown over the years to support engaging with additional markets to provide our beer to new customers.
Production
Beginning with a 10 barrel brew house and only 80 barrels of fermentation capacity in 2015, we have since grown to 450 barrels of capacity. We boast one of the largest cold storage facilities for San Diego breweries that we share to provide cold storage as a service to other breweries.
Distribution
Abnormal Beer is currently distributed in California from San Diego up to San Luis Obispo through Scout Distribution; Quail Distribution in Arizona and Scout Distribution in Idaho. We occasionally send product to Nevada and Virginia as well.

Internationally we distribute to a total of 9 countries including Mexico, Taiwan, Korea, and parts of Europe when we can support those orders.
